I have been here for almost 20 years. The main reasons for staying, as well as the variety of work, are the people and the different roles I have been exposed to.
There are always 'goodbyes'. This is due to the nature of a consultancy. It is amazing to be able to do something new periodically, but getting used to the 'goodbyes' is tricky.
Always try to inspire your teams, allow people to contribute, and see them flourish when they are listened to.
