Nice office, flexible working time (in most of the projects), mainly good atmosphere (unfortunately not in every project). Pretty decent salary for beginners. Technologies in some projects are good, but can be out of date in the others. The company offers a standard but decent benefits package.
The company is not a bad place to start your career, but if you want to develop and learn, and you value good practices, clean code, etc., you will not stay here too long. The company itself puts working code over well-written code, so in the end, many of the projects are managed poorly, and the quality of the product could be much better. Projects are flooded with inexperienced people because they are simply cheaper. The computers that we get are terribly slow, and in many projects, it is impossible to replace them with something decent. The company does not fire people, and unfortunately, this creates a perfect environment for lazy and incompetent people, which naturally affects your work. In some projects, the atmosphere is terribly broken (e.g., constant mobbing and lack of respect from project managers), and you cannot work it out, since the company does not punish people for such behavior.
Change recruitment policy, put more effort into the employees' evaluation process, appreciate people who are trying and want to learn and develop, and punish (fire if necessary) people who are simply incompetent. Value good written product over tight schedules that are forcing bad quality.
There will be three rounds of interviews if it's project-specific hiring; otherwise, there will be two rounds. This depends on the requirements. The first round will be L1 and L2, followed by the final round with clients.
The first round is coding. They will give two questions with a 30-minute time period. If you qualify, you will have an L2 technical discussion, after which you will have the client round.
I was contacted through LinkedIn, and the interview was scheduled within two days. The interviewer first of all didn't come with my resume and kept searching for it for five minutes. Then, he asked me for my introduction and project domain. He asked
