Flexible Working
Flexible way of choosing one's career. You have diverse opportunities to switch your work area if you are interested in another one. In addition, there is retraining support at Capgemini, and I find that simply great.

High value on initiative.
Very good place for working students: You learn a lot, can switch between projects, and work with many people. Working students are given exciting and valuable tasks. As a working student, you also communicate a lot with clients and learn many important skills in addition to technical know-how.

The interview process typically involves several stages, each designed to assess your skills, experiences, and compatibility with the company and role. Here's an overview of what to expect, with some tips for each stage.
