As an added point, I would currently say remote working, also given the pandemic situation. This allows for better work-life balance, even dedicating that extra hour to work when necessary, without too many problems.
As a consulting company, it also depends on which project/company you are assigned to (often also on the location and the managers you meet).
Sometimes you "have nothing to do," sometimes you "have too much to do," but it also depends on the projects as mentioned before.
