The only pro is the smart working, because the company doesn't have the space.
Zero growth career: after 4 years and a half, I had the same salary since I joined the company. Instead, the role was changed: from junior to senior in 5 months, with production responsibility, mentorship to new entries, and working up to 23:00 or 01:00 because of bad testing and old production bugs.
This company is good just for a stepping stone for about one or two years (final).
