Good work enjoyment, respect for the worker, and not much extra work.
Higher salary, more stability, and more transparency.
First, I was called by HR. Subsequently, after the manager's approval, I was allowed to do an assessment (Matrigma and personality test). I passed the assessment and a first interview was scheduled with two data engineers.
The interview was scheduled by a third party. It was a video call interview on MS Teams. The interviewer asked me to rate myself on the following technologies: 1. Java (3.5/5) 2. Spring (2/5) 3. JSP (0/5) 4. Servlet (0/5) 5. Spring Boot (4/5) 6. Mi
It's not that good, and they change the CTC offered during the PPO. It's basically a desk job with no good incentives and salary. They change your date of joining and make you wait a lot for the PPO.
