I have heard academic colleagues talk about their experiences. Considering that range of opinions, one can say that my experience at Capgemini has not been bad, nor the best. Depending on the project you land on and your desire to learn, it serves as a stepping stone to more work experience.
Great difficulty in being valued individually, which makes it hard to grow.
