Good onboarding, opportunities to learn
I will be well-onboarded and get all the hardware you need to work.
There are many opportunities to grow as a professional with access to online courses and other learning material. There's a buddy program that allows you to connect with a senior inside the company and understand the company from the inside out.
It can be overwhelming at first to enter such a big company. It's difficult to know who's who.
Sometimes, I missed direction in the projection I was with, but in turn, this has to do with the dimension of the company and the projects themselves.
Continue to support juniors and newcomers so that they can show all their abilities and be allocated to where they're needed.
