Pros

It's a very big company. So if you are lucky, you get into good projects.

Good tech support.

Nice work equipment.

Good health insurance from day 1.

Good employee portal. It's one stop for most questions.

Corporate free mobile plan if you need.

Cons

No recognition for hard work.

People easily steal your credit.

Too many travelers impact teamwork and project budget.

One of the worst HR departments in my career.

Not recommended if you require visa sponsorship.

Missing work-life balance.

You can’t miss your timesheet. Timesheets weigh 99.99% in performance reviews.

Unless you ask or your pay is below the legal pay grade for that year, expect no auto pay increase.

Bad referral bonus practice. If you refer someone but they join late, which is mostly because of a lazy interview and visa process, you lose your referral bonus.

Advice to Management

If people report any issue, consider them and try to take quick action.
