Overall very pleasant and collegial
most ethical company, nice offices, very good atmosphere, find not only colleagues but friends. In contrast to the consultants, for the techies, travel time counts as working time.
Projects not always interesting. Working with large companies and authorities as clients is rather annoying and exhausting. Not always the newest technologies. As a service provider, there is a large, almost subservient dependence on the client. Sometimes a lot of travel is necessary.
