Varied but overall positive place to work
Easy to get lots of experience with different clients. The culture is pretty relaxed; people usually take an hour for lunch and leave at 5:30. Everyone is friendly. Lots of opportunities for personal development, e.g., paid training and informal discussion groups.
Each client project is so different. Some won't be exactly what you want to work on, or will have different management styles. There is limited choice when it comes to which project you get put on. Promotions are based entirely off of internal work, so you need to put in extra effort to contribute internally as well as on your 9-5:30 client work.
