The group I worked with was high quality. We had strategy, a knowledgeable team, great benefits, and excellent pay.
The main issue I saw was the ability to sell high-quality projects, or they could only sell offshore resources. It really sucks when the entire team is offshore and they are looking to cut you from a client site at the first opportunity due to cost. You are basically looked at as the overpriced resource.
Also, in comparison to Accenture, Capgemini doesn't have as many high-profile accounts. I do like the people at Capgemini better, though.
