Interviews were expedited, not an overly long calendar stretch for the decision to make an offer. The eOffer was efficient, the application process was quick, and getting I-9 papers and tax papers filed was all very efficient. NewHireOrientation was virtual but incredibly effective.
My only downside was the background check process, in which I had to do a lot of footwork for the process partner and was given very arbitrary "deadlines" to complete it.
Near the end of the process, I received a series of queries to complete the process in terms of employment and education verification. This process involved me doing the work for them, and then them not accepting the information I provided. For example, I provided a scan of a transcript from 1982, which shouldn't have existed due to archiving policies. I was then told they couldn't accept handwritten transcripts, even though it was the only documentation available (my school closed in 2003).
