Pros

Flexible working has long been part of life at Capgemini.

An excellent graduate programme.

Sponsors bootcamps for people whose circumstances may have normally not permitted them a career in technology.

Recognition is important at Cap and helps advance your career.

The client base has grown during the COVID-19 pandemic, as has the number of engineers.

Friendly staff, keen to collaborate and get to know one another.

Cons

Quality solutions are rarely captured in code for future reuse.

Different sections rarely collaborate internally.

Organization size can be daunting. Some may find it hard to get to know key people or become themselves known.

Some aspects of administration are less smooth than they could be.
