• Consistent and successful pay rises, often unprompted.
• Friendly environment with lots of expert engineers who are always willing to support others.
• Great training policy with some really good internal and external training courses.
• Recently got Udemy for Business, which makes additional learning free and easy to acquire.
• Promotions are something Capgemini (at least in my business unit) is willing to give out. The process to attain one is clear, structured, and has always appeared to be quite fair from my experience.

Perhaps compared to similar opportunities at other companies, the pay might be slightly lower. However, I think the consistent reviews of pay and willingness to give out promotions somewhat counter this.

A lot of public sector work, which for some can be a pro, but for others can be a con.

Continue treating employees the way you do, showing interest and care, whilst also being honest around pay, promotions, etc. Perhaps, if some of the internal toolings, such as for timekeeping and accessing pay letters, could be improved for better interoperability between devices (even a mobile app), this would make admin tasks less frustrating for engineers.
