Project marketing is just fine. Some projects are good technology-wise. Some projects run long-term if performance is good and the client is happy.
No bench policy. No learning programs or mentorship. No one-on-ones with manager. Very poor performance management system. Not good for Visa holders. Issues with Visa management and Green Card processing.
