I learned a lot here when I joined as a fresher. I faced many situations that molded me, and the team also helped us to do better.
Particularly, there's no work-life balance in my project. There's politics between the employees. There's no proper allowance.
If anything needs to be done, please be polite and kind towards subordinates.
