Pros

100% Home office. And I think it's the only advantage. They boast about offering everything they are obligated to by law.

Cons

They eliminated personal days. Very inflexible, they ask for about 3 months' notice to request vacation. Salary increases are a joke and they deceptively modify the requirements to get one so you won't be a candidate for an increase.

Superior benefits are grocery vouchers and SGMM (comprehensive health insurance), but it's still very far from what OEM companies and suppliers offer.

Very low salary range for the type of position. WAY TOO MUCH micromanagement. Avoid them at all costs, they have a lot of turnover and, according to them, there are never any profits.

They are super insistent with their surveys; it seems the questions are rigged so that they always look good.

Advice to Management

Mejoren las condiciones laborales; se nota el hartazgo de todo el equipo.
