A good environment at any job level
People are good. They adhere to the Humanitarian Work Culture. Feels like a government job, tbh.
The office infrastructure maybe be questionable at times. The pay and hike are average.
If you want people to come to the office, they need more than just bad coffee, bad chairs, and bad internet. :)
