They overload you with an unimaginable amount of work. They sell you to the client as a senior and pay you as a junior. Promotions are once a year and depend on how well your leader likes you. As time goes by, they give you more responsibilities without increasing your salary. As soon as something unexpected happens, they treat you like garbage and pressure you to the point of burnout. In my case, last year I had to go to the doctor for panic attacks and chest pains, due to the pressure and mistreatment from the leader, because the team fell behind on the project.
