Not sure of pros, but sure about the cons.
Even after sharing BGV documents and clearing all the technical, managerial, and HR rounds, there is still no response from HR. I have been following up with HR for the last 2 months, but there has been no proper communication from them. Capgemini seems to be lagging in recruiting HR.
Please have a check on the recruiting team as well, as employees from other organizations, like me, get the wrong impression of the company.
