Obviously, company name. You will get to know different people from India as well as Onshore.
If you want to change your technology or profile, you won't be able to. It's very difficult. It's up to your luck which project you got. A few of my friends got good projects.
Please be kind towards junior resources and do not think only of benefits. Only give them opportunities if they are good.
