You can maintain a good work-life balance if your projects and managers are good.
The office area is huge and has a lot of games. A gym facility is also available.
Hybrid work mode.
Doesn't provide free bus/cab service. Hikes are negligible. Not much learning or growth after some time.
Managers need to be transparent about the appraisal process.
