1.) Questionable leadership and management - Leadership can be unprofessional and lack empathy at times. Some managers are no different.
2.) Toxic sink or swim mentality - Laid off very early in my tenure with no real way to highlight skills.
Put more effort into helping those who may need help. Find more innovative ways to upskill your current talent. Be more transparent.
