Too much workload. No time for learning. Supervisors are useless in every project. Poor compensation, no bonus even for performers.
Try to be realistic in terms of tasks, and give time for self-development.
Two rounds of tech interviews, followed by an HR interview. The interviews were conducted in a team channel. I was asked many questions related to the Order Management System in the project. I answered all questions, and received excellent feedback.

I participated in a selection process at the company that began with an interview with HR. I was subsequently invited for a second interview with a professional from the technical area, which indicated that the process was moving forward positively.
