As per the name, just a big MNC company and brand.
Worst MNC Company ever.
They just conduct the interview, won't update your interview status. If you ask for interview status after a while, they'll simply reject you.
Even if you got selected, they won't send you an offer letter. Most probably they hire 1 in 100-500.
In a week, I can see this issue on LinkedIn 5-6 times, with candidates posting regarding the same problem.
I don't understand what happened to Capgemini nowadays.
I have attended twice, but no results! If you think I'm not worthy enough to get selected, I got selected for most of the remaining companies except Capgemini.
So you can understand how nasty Capgemini's recruitment process is.
I really lost respect for Capgemini. I just give Capgemini a rating of 0.5/10.
If your intention is not to hire, then don't waste employees' valuable time.
Authorities should change Capgemini policies against HRs!

I got a call through Naukri.com. They scheduled an interview for the next day. The interview was okay. The interviewer was on time. They asked for an Aadhar card copy for identification. The interviewer asked questions related to software tools. T
