Luckily, my management team is very helpful and understanding. Unfortunately, it's not the same with my other colleagues. But yes, there are lots of things Capgemini is improving upon to hear from associates.
Low pay scale and rating system with which I am disappointed.
Please try to improve the appraisal system. That's it from me.

It was pretty good. The panel was very comfortable to talk to. It was awesome. I never imagined they would select me in 10 minutes. Then I got the offer letter in 2 days.
