Company as a brand is huge.
Upper management is the worst.
Bureaucracy is always at its peak.
Pity those who endure this sick environment just to survive.
Whatever I'll say means nothing because the entire machinery is used to working like this, and any change will risk the destruction of the whole bureaucratic chain.
