- Very poor salary structure (2.4l for freshers).
- Poor internal mobility; to leave a project, you have to leave the company.
- Leadership style has gone down the drains since the iGATE leadership came into Capgemini leadership roles.
Try to increase your revenues by bagging new contracts, not by doing cheap things like removing dustbins from the work area or not increasing salaries.
