There isn't much to talk about pros of working in Capgemini, except the fact that it's a big company and you can hover around here and there.
As a fresher, it's the worst thing to start with this company, as there's very little chance of getting a good project, if at all you get out of bench.
You will be forced eventually onto something which might or might not interest you, and then you would be always questioned on your capabilities during the appraisal.
They know what they need to improve on but can't help citing company policies.
