Pros

Good campus, badminton courts, big gym.

Lot of projects, so lot of people get jobs.

Cons

Long list, but mainly:

  • Ownership not defined, so leadership can put things on your head as and when needed.
  • Save cost at any cost, even if it hurts the quality of work.
  • Lack of innovation; focus is just to “somehow complete” what the client has asked.
  • Typical body-shopping organization; hikes are embarrassingly low in single digits.
Advice to Management

It's high time that you start thinking of employee satisfaction. Bring transparency and ownership into day-to-day work.

Bring change into your working culture by reskilling age-old IT service veterans. Make them understand trust at workplaces.
