Pros

The onboarding process, induction training, and its program were well explained and maintained by the HR officials.

They provided proper guidance and navigation for the early phases as part of the I-CAP program.

There was a quick response from HR, even for important emails.

Cons

The internal onboarding team's process may be slow in case of our profile management, but that must be taken as most important, like DOJ issues.

Sometimes, there may be variations in role or skill changes based on project assignments, mostly in non-relevant projects, which can hinder skills.
