Although the wage is a little above what others are paying in Murcia, it's still relatively low when comparing it with the rest of Spain or Europe.
First contact with HR, followed by a technical interview with other technical teams where they explain the hierarchy within the data department.
It wasn't consistent, I guess because of the holidays. They don't manage candidate expectations well. They don't give real feedback; they tell you everything is fine, but suddenly they remove you from the process.
In my opinion, the interview process seems very agile and direct. It gives me the impression that, by having only a couple of phases, they really respect your time, greatly speeding up the decision.
