I joined Capgemini at the start of lockdown and had a great onboarding process and transition into project work.
There have been plenty of opportunities for training and personal development, and I expect there'll be even more once we're all back to normal.
Great sense of owning my own career progression.
Time booking and enterprise tools for career/salary management are very lacking.
Consider a program to help acclimatize lockdown joiners to the company offices once they are fully reopened.
