Very bad working culture in the embedded domain
No pros as such. All normal facilities are there, but they will not give time to enjoy them.
Working 16 to 17 hours a day, with no appreciation and no motivation. Working on old technologies. No work ethic, and managers are rude and concerned only about work. No wishes or goodies on festivals.
Please improve the working culture.
Don't treat employees as slaves. There are a lot of happiness surveys done, but no one cares about the inputs.
