Pros

Great technology, good learning curve of what to watch out for in corporate politics and BS.

Cons

Too many managers, not enough workers.

All things are decided offshore.

The company does not like Americans.

Lazy managers. If you like managers who know how to talk the game, take all your credit, and leave you in the dust, this is the place for you.

Advice to Management

Get a grip, you managers. Each one of you wears pants the same way as everyone else does. I was told to look for a new job with layoffs coming by upper management.

Managers take all the credit of the workers. No pay raises each year. I worked over 7 years, did everything asked, not one raise, not one promotion. I was one of the best resources for my assigned clients. When I left, I was asked to come back but with no raise or promotion. Everyone was leaving due to layoffs and office closures.

The clients even asked me to stay as well, but since there was no loyalty from the company, I left. It's still hard to believe I was asked to find another job, then when I put in my notice, asked to stay. Really!
