Managers take all the credit of the workers. No pay raises each year. I worked over 7 years, did everything asked, not one raise, not one promotion. I was one of the best resources for my assigned clients. When I left, I was asked to come back but with no raise or promotion. Everyone was leaving due to layoffs and office closures.
