It's a good company to work with if you have project work in hand. The employee welfare, like health, insurance, and facilities, is taken care of very well in the company. Employee-manager relationships are good.
The company looks for compliance and training to be accurate rather than client satisfaction. Random updates of internal company policies make it tough to follow.
