Capgemini provides very good/interesting work through the clients they partner with.
They keep employees very well included in all aspects of the business through a high degree of communication and interactivity.
Since the work being done with the client requires a large amount of meetings, that combined with many Capgemini-specific meetings makes it very challenging to handle both meeting workloads along with all tasks needed to complete aggressive schedules.
Possibly streamline more of the Capgemini meetings as optional in order to allow for better balance with the client meetings/tasks.
