The company is great and very big, present everywhere worldwide, with a lot of opportunities. My leaders are very young and dynamic, and the work environment is very nice.
The corporate part of the company is not very present. The company doesn't pay very well, and there are no benefits.
HR in Capgemini BR is really bad, and the building is hideous. It makes no sense to cut the coffee; it is an unproductive saving.
