It's a very bad company to work with. They harass employees like anything. Once you leave the company, they will not give your relieving/experience letter on time. If you call the HR/manager or mail them as well, they will not entertain.
Management should provide one grievance number or email where one can complain about their current project manager or project HR workarounds.
