Seriously, nothing. If you're hired on as an American, chances are you will be a contractor for an Indian outsource. They will call and LinkedIn you from fake US numbers and have you go places where you will meet in secret. This is the H1B system run amok.

The entire process felt shady. I am sure I won’t get paid for the hours I spent because it’s an Indian outsourced company.
