Professional atmosphere Good work culture Good benefits Great growth for those with prior experience in IT. Freshers need to work harder, though.
Management of resources on the bench can be better. A few courses or group activities initiated by the company would help the morale of the benched resources. Otherwise, an excellent employer with an amazing work environment.
One small thing: Please engage freshers into the company in an organized manner. Train and guide them.
