Pros

Good work culture. You can directly tell them, 'I can't,' if anyone asks you to do extra hours.

Cons

Not for freshers who wish to be a part of a development project.

They train you first in any domain (you don't have choices to choose your path), like Java, .net, Python, or SAP. After completion of your training, they send you to the bench, where you have to wait and look for projects across Capgemini. 80% of freshers are allocated to support projects.

Imagine, as a fresher, you are starting your career as a support professional.

Once you decide to quit, it's really tough to get into product-based companies. You won't get a clear view of your future career.

Think before you leap.
