A recruiter from Capgemini contacted me via LinkedIn about an urgent role. They promised to provide the interview schedule after the weekend. However, the recruiter ghosted me, never responding to my follow-ups. It's frustrating because I made time

2 rounds of technical interviews. 1 managerial round. They will check for communication, ability to manage pressure, and flexibility. 1 HR round. Once everything is fine, they will arrange for a client round.

It was a good but lengthy process. There was a long gap between the various rounds of the interview process. The overall process was very professional, though. Every round was taken with specific questions that were needed for the respective round.
