1. Working on a support project for the last year with a US client, so I adopted super time management skills. Although I need to be active for 9 hours, if you work perfectly, you can complete your work within 7 hours.

2. As a fresher joined CG, I gained real-time project knowledge, which helped me a lot to gather information about IT work culture.

3. During training, I got hands-on practice on many new technologies.

1. No bonus.
2. No appraisal.
3. Very less hike.
4. No such employee value. Suppose you're working hard and giving your best for your team. No one bothers about it. If you have some butter for bread, then you'll be the king or queen.
5. Very less onsite opportunity.

Please give us some value. If a person is working for you, then give him/her an onsite opportunity or some bonus.

Also, I would like to mention that you should give proper opportunity to the proper person. Maintain diversity.

Though my lead is good, some team members are not, but still, you have to manage because politics is everywhere. But still, senior management also needs to review properly.
