Though you work hard, no one cares and gives a default rating (avg). Mangers are client-sided rather than helping their team achieve goals. No value for people who work. Forceful leave deduction. Least perks. Avg healthcare benefits.
Please appoint HRs and Managers who understand employee problems and are helpful. Give hikes before people leave, not when they get some good value outside. Follow ethics, as you have stated in the policy.
The interview was good, but there was a lot of gap between the rounds. The HR was not updating the correct status of the interview process. Also, the interviewer was very polite and answered my questions well.
