Exposure to the corporate world.
Few projects had onsite work, but only a few.
Transport is free for people in shifts.
Outdated technology for all departments. Lots of politics, especially for going onsite. Management is the worst and is capable of only doing micromanagement.
Provide equal opportunities to all regarding GROWTH. Change the tech stack. Increase the salary for freshers.
