I joined here as a fresher. It's been 2.6 years, and I am still getting the same low salary. Poor RMG. I was forced into testing or support. Nobody to support. Plus, zero knowledge gain and zero hike. Since the notice period is 3 months, shifting companies is being difficult.
I would suggest giving a fairly good hike, at least since it's a yearly process. And please take some steps to assess the managers.
