Had a wide experience of different software tools and corporate life for a fresher. Had one of the best managers a fresher could hope for to start a corporate life. The company had wide culture and values, which was a major plus.
The compensation and benefits were not up to expectations. The information flow during the business process was not transparent. The pay was not as expected, and there was a lack of training regarding emerging technologies in software development. Furthermore, there were no means of facilitating certifications for employee career growth.
The interview was good, but there was a lot of gap between the rounds. The HR was not updating the correct status of the interview process. Also, the interviewer was very polite and answered my questions well.
