1. There are a lot of options for self-growth. Learning options are vast.
2. Inside the work/project, you will feel a supportive environment.
3. Physically and mentally, work-life balance is good.
4. Good work culture.

I personally feel Capgemini is biased under multiple circumstances, such as:

• Promotion and ratings, and the reasons given are too poor.
• Hikes are very low in comparison.
• When working in India, we are supposed to look after our parents, and health insurance for them should be mandatory, not voluntary.
• No bonuses, no festival time gifts, which actually hold employees together (again, this is biased among projects).
• No matter how much you perform, you don't get rewarded or valued.

Management should work fairly, irrespective of project. Freshers are still employees and they are to be treated fairly as well.
